The owner is really nice and speaks English fairly well. The room was large and very comfortable. Had our own heating and cooling. There is a communal living room that has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tv, karaoke machine and games you can play. There is a lot of maps and pamphlets you can look through with information about the area. Bathroom is large and clean.
