MalaysiaExcellent staff customer service. Check in experience was a VIP treatment. From parking to receiving a welcome drink with a Daifuju mochi and a hot hand tower. We were seated at the lounge while the staff came over to complete the check in. Dinner was superb. Very high quality and very good variety. The chef personally came by to serve. Can see and sense that he takes pride in what he serves. Excellent. The GM also came by to greet every guests.
