Exceeded the expectation in every way from checking in to checking out. I especially enjoyed how spacious the room was and that it got cleaned twice a day. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent value for money and Definitely staying here again.

Excellent service from front desk to concierge to Porter (esp Jin)…all with a smile! Breakfast was superb with abundant choices. Dim sum at the lounge was excellent. Bed was comfy. I like that it’s bathroom has both bathtub & shower unit. Super location with plentiful shopping.

Everything was fabulous! The room was extraordinary, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was some of the best I’ve ever had. The 7/11 in the same building was amazing. I loved everything about this hotel.

Location was excellent (about equidistance from Seoul and City Hall subway stations), really spacious apartment, with all the basics you’d need for a short stay. Bed was super comfortable. The airport bus (22,000 per person) dropped us right across the road and we opted for the express train back to airport at 11000 per person.

The location is great. I didn't hear any noise from the next room and the bed was very comfortable. I usually can't sleep with different beds and pillows, but I slept well. The breakfast and coffee were very good as well.
