Location, cleanliness, food was very good. All of the employees were smiling people. I felt like at home, but above all, all of the hotel staff are really caring, kind and helpful people. Our stay was perfect. The room is very nice, we upgraded it to sea view and it was worth it. The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was great as well. The pool also nice. But best part was the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and really eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Rayan from the reception. She was very friendly and nice. Also breakfast staff were very cooperative as well. We went to breakfast late they were almost closing but they did all they can to get us what ever we want as fast as possible so that we don’t miss it.

The Hotel.was perfect. Friendly staff, excellent Breakfast (Azif and all.reception staff were brilliant), Amazing Gym, Spa and indoor pool. Huge bedroom. Very close to the waterfront but not a lot of shops or reataurants nearby. Ate in the Hotel one night and it was very good. Executive lounge was good.

Great location, easy access to all amenities . Very clean, beautifully decorated hôtel. Nice grounds in and out. Comfortable room with great view of the sea. Pools also great, clean and at the perfect température. Also Great food options, from breakfast buffet to à la carte. Staff very pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. Everyone , from the front door entrance to the the front desk personnel are truly exceptional. Found each one to be very helpful and they truly go out of their way to make you not only feel welcomed and comfortable , but also ensure that all of your needs are met, whether you need a car for hire, or a dinner reservation, etc.

    I did like the interior, the room was spacious. The cleanliness was decent. The bath room and the shower were also very nice. The kitchen niche was also very advantegeous. The personnel were attentive and friendly.

    A tower block in Rawsheh directly opposite the Ramada hotel which is nearly twice the price. just a two minute walk from sea front. Very clean,dust free, comfy beds spacious. And shower bathroom quiet modern plenty of marble. Staff were always helpful and service with a smile. This is above standard compared to similar priced hotels. Stay away from Charles hotel. Safe location very near pigeon rock the iconic rock formation. Taxi drivers outside Ali Bhatie Abu Ibraheem very good respectful
