It was right next to the beach which was great, had some good walks. The property has been open for a month, so very new and clean facilities which is a plus. Well designed rooms, with a calming palette inside the villas. It has a decent pool so big groups of friends would have a great time here. The restaurant food is great with a nice variety, the seafood pizza was a highlight. The staff are the people that made the property what it is, top notch. beautiful genuine hospitality. Nothing was a big ask for them, always smiling. Young passionate team with a strong management. Definitely will be the property I will stay at when in Mirissa. Thank you to the whole team that took care of us and see you soon. Peace and love

Lakmi is the sweetest! She made us feel like at home. The room was big and had everything we needed. The AC saved our days from the heat and the room was very clean. The environment is quiet and cozy. Very close to all the shops and restaurants and 1 minutes far walking to one of the main surf spots in Mirissa. We will come back soon!

This villa is a rare find! We loved the private pool, room was spacious and clean, beautiful peaceful location and the staff were kind and friendly. They were very kind to our 4yr old son. Lalith was especially great, his English is good and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety to choose from. The free tuk tuk to Mirissa each day is also great.

A nice, like-new hotel with spacious and very comfortable rooms. Everything was clean, and the bed was simply the best ever. The staff was very helpful, fulfilling all our requests and assisting with transportation and sightseeing. The breakfast was diverse, with a great selection of fresh fruits. The location is rather quiet, right at the harbor with a beautiful view of the marina, yet all the essentials (beaches, restaurants, shops) are within walking distance. We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and would highly recommend it to others.

The property fully stands for its name. It's blissful to stay at this property with the waves kissing the edge of the resort. The pool and the outdoor jacuzzi right by the beach is exciting and super relaxing. The staff is courteous and adjusted for our late check out owing to extraneous circumstances. The property is well maintained and clean. The Mirissa Diving school is right next door and the main Mirissa beach is only few minutes apart by a tuk tuk. Overall, an amazing staycation at the beach!
