The Suite was absolutely perfect—spacious, beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan details, and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat after exploring the Medina. The Riad itself is stunning, with breathtaking architecture and a calm, relaxing vibe. Every corner is filled with charm, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Despite being in the heart of Fez, it was incredibly quiet and serene—a true oasis! The food was another highlight! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a variety of traditional Moroccan treats. We also had dinner at the Riad, and the flavors were simply outstanding. Everything ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were very nice, kind, cheerful and genuine. The location was in the medina, very near the main street and main attractions. The food is delicious. The room is spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and quite/calm at night. The terrace had an amazing view. Overall I highly recommend this place and will choose it again if I'm back in Fes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional service. My wife asked for Bolongese Spaghetti. The staff said yes without any hesitance even it was not on the menu of their restaurant. They sent the driver to buy spaghetti at the market. Deeply touched. Thanks again to all the staffs. Will definitely come back.

You have to experience this beautiful place to understand what it is all about. Such a gorgeous place in the centre, kept as beautiful as it is for over 20years now and whereever you look you see dedication, passion and respect to the origins. One of the first 3 Riyad’s in Fes, this place is really something different. We spontenaously spent the new year’s days here, and couldn’t be better to be honest. Othman, his parents, Rashid, Zahra and the crazy good live music made us feel at home❤️ they also somehow managed to find the Grapes for the tradition and it was so much fun to share those moments with them!!! Our room was in the ground floor, it was very charming, especially the ceiling. It’s always full so make sure to plan and book it in advance I’d say. The cleaning service and the staff was very good. The breakfasts were very abundant and the food served is very good. We can’t forget our randomly served teas throughout the day🥰 such a nice detail. We definitely recommend booking a guide for a tour in the city, we didn’t listen to them on this and now wishing that we would have done that! It definitely worths it! If you’re planning to visit Fes please make sure to stay here, you’ll thank for it later🥂

The location was perfect, just at the entrance of the medina. The room was big and comfortable with a big TV and a wide choice of channels to choose from. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. They helped with excursions, train booking, taxis, etc. A special mention to Fatima, who made several telephone calls to help me out to sort a few matters. They offer a typical maroccan treatment in the spa, which should not be missed. A wonderful stay.
