The welcoming receptionist was super super helpful and nice. They even explain to you the map of the medina when they're checking you in. They alse welcome you with some (very delicious) tea and biscuits. Then they show you around the riad and they get you to your room. Which just smells heavenly and is super clean too! The riad is super quiet and the vibe is so soothing. It's a very good place to go home to and relax after a long day in the busy streets of Medina. The breakfast was good too and the terrace is super cosy and well kept.

We were stranded at Ait Ben Hadou for 1 night as the road to Marrakech was closed due to heavy snow. Simo kindly waived the 1 night stay. Simo and his staff really made us feel at home and made our stay memorable. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty. It was really a great stay. If we ever come back to Marrakech, we will sure stay here again. Thank you Simo, Khaled and Abdul. You guys are the best!

    The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The grounds were very well kept and clean. We booked a room with a jacuzzi which was lovely. We even had our own little garden area to sunbathe and relax. The buffet options were plentiful throughout the day and the head chef Said was very attentive as were other staff members. The spa was lovely and I treated myself to a hammam and massage which was amazing. The girls were fantastic and I would definitely recommend. The location was spot on! Just a short walk to the main square and the souks.

    The atmosphere was amazing in the whole place. You could just relax and enjoy everything from the view from the top terrace, hot tub, Moroccan tea anywhere in the riad to sunbathing on the lounge chairs on the roof. We where taking care of all the time like the king and queen simply amazing place to stay.
