very good apartments. clean, comfortable furniture, maximum comfort for a super holiday. the view from the balcony is magnificent. birds sing in the morning. a bit far from the center, but the view, silence and comfort are worth it. the walk to the center is quite pleasant!

This was an excellent experience, highly recommended as you cannot find a better host than here, he was there from the first minute to welcome and greet us, giving indications on what to see and tips where to eat, how to get to the city center and helping us finding some food to eat in the middle of the night. Truly epic experience. Relaxing in the upstairs terrace, in the jacuzzi overlooking the Kotor Bay is one of the highlights of the stay. The rooms are comfy, roomy, very clean, there's a washer in the bathroom and the kitchenette is very well provided with utensils and the basic coffee/tea amenities and a very much welcome bottle of water in the fridge! Here you have everything you will ever need for a wonderful stay in Kotor!

This a very nice palace in which the rooms are well renovated. The private part is quite nice. Small homemade cake as a welcome. The appartment at the top is well decorated, cosy, very spacious with a pool table, view on the sea. Breakfast is nice, served in a restaurant at walking distance next to the sea. There is a nice garden with a swimming pool.

Exquisite ancient buildings with all of you’ve imagine in modern house. Beautiful private beach, small garden for breakfast, fCats are also come to visit 🤍 Anything you want could be discussed:one day we asked for sandwiches at night: host immediately found bread, Nutella, cheese, something else so we could sleep not hungry. Hosts are friendly, and we understood that it’s not just a hotel, they really are rooting for what they are doing! Had a wonderful stay at Alkima in mid-October. We really enjoyed jacuzzi, pool and bicycling around Kotor Bay area. Bicycles were included in the price. Breakfast was delicious. There were a few small turtles in the pool area.
