Location is great. 80 meters from my brother's place (whose wedding we're attending), so appreciate the proximity. We mainly used Jean's place for sleeping only. Jean's place is thankfully free from traffic, and we always could get Grab cars easily, and we were also able to travel to Putuo Village, Man Ting Fang Restaurant, Lian Pang Cake Shop, Mural Art street, in about 10 min of grab car commute. Our hardest journey was to IOI mall at Kulai central, but that was because of evening traffic and nothing to do with Jean's location. The place was clean and comfortable. We took Jean's largest room, so it was (needless to say)...spacious for my family of 3 adults and 2 toddlers. Jean keeps her place immaculate and it is no easy feat, maintaining such a big place, keeping things in exact places, decorating her place for the upcoming Xmas and CNY occasion, keeping her garden lush, etc...It really pleases my OCD bone and my green-thumb during my stay. In the living room, my kids enjoyed Jean's rocking horse, and I enjoyed looking out over Jean's garden (a squirrel even visited her garden this morning). Future guests do take care of the place. We noticed that one of her rocking chairs has a loose leg rest, probably because of a heavier guest before us...haha Also appreciate her water dispenser (we topped up our 5 water bottles daily before setting out). Jean also kindly has body wash, shampoo, and Darlie toothpaste in our toilet. We brought our toiletries, but we should really pack lighter when we visit her place next. Jean even provided a hair dryer for us so that we could dry our daughter's hair properly. Oh, and our thanks to Jeans for her gift when we parted this morning (future guests pls don't take this for granted. We got Jean some snacks from Macau and she probably felt obliged).

The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and perfectly suitable for up to six people. It comes fully equipped with a complete set of kitchen apparatus, allowing guests to conveniently cook their own meals. Also can swimming in swimming pool. The unit also provides practical amenities such as a washer and dryer, which makes it especially convenient for longer stays. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Its location is excellent, just nearby Paradigm Mall, with easy access to shops and daily necessities. On top of that, the place is secured with a reliable security system, giving guests peace of mind throughout their stay. Overall, it offers a highly satisfying experience, combining comfort, convenience, safety, and great hospitality.

A very convenient place to stay! The host is very helpful and the place was so cozy and completely clean. The facilities such as pools, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome. Would love to stay here again in future!

It’s a cosy and clean apartment, from the painting on the wall & some small decorations here and there, i could tell the owner had put in a lot of efforts to make the guests feel at home! We reached quite late, the host checked in on us to see whether we had run into some problems, really appreciated:) Instructions for checkin was very clear. The sofa was really nice, a great spot to chill and play switch:) Will definitely come back again if we’re going to paradigm mall for climbing 😊

Worth the money. All cooking utensils were complete. Owner really put their effort giving as much as they can. The ambience, just like your home. Please bring your swimming suit for the pool.

Location is good as it within the mall itself

The value for money spacious room, good environment, good breakfast even it was so simple but still have many choices (the oatmeal was superb). Children friendly swimming pool at Level 2 was so nice. Enough parking space for everyone.

Person in charge are friendly and the apartment are clean and tidy ready with washing machine and microwave ext. Location are great just right up Paradigm Mall. Worth the money. Will return to this property again next trip.

The room is quiet big for the price and so clean. Definitely will come again.
