I loved everything!! The staff is super friendly, incredibly talented (barman and violinist especially) , the rooms are authentic luxury and the beds so comfortable. The location cannot be beaten as it’s close to everything yet in the safe side of the area. as a woman travelling alone this is always important. this is a real gem of a hotel and I will always stay here when travelling in Panama, it feels like home now.

    Loved that it had many dining and pool areas. Strict security to and from the compound so I felt safe with my family. Staff was very friendly I couldn't speak Spanish, but some knew English. The rooms were clean.

    Our suite was enormous and the views over the ocean were fantastic. The staff were generally accommodating and friendly, particularly at the front desk. The room was quiet and clean and the lounge was excellent. The pool area was generally nice.
