An outstanding hotel, the best during traveling South America for in total 2 years! An amazing architecture fitting perfectly in Cusco‘s historical neighborhood San Blas with a very nice patio to relax, have a coffee or wine. The rooms are very nice with beautiful antique furniture, bed couldn‘t be more comfortable. The hotel includes the delicious restaurant Piedra y Sal providing a perfect breakfast with multiple options and a nice tiny bar. Amazing Spa-area with high-level massages in beautiful rooms. And still, the by far best about this place is the friendly staff, especially Oscar and his colleagues at the reception, always there for any questions and happy to help with any doubts. Absolutely recommendable!

We stayed here for 5 days. It's close to the main square and still in a quiet neighborhood, so very peaceful. The staff's customer service is excellent. They are prepared and willing to go beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The breakfast spread with fresh fruit, natural juices, and yogurt amongst other choices was excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay at Cusco.

A beautiful hotel that is found in the middle of the city center, very authentic to the Peruvian culture. Hommam is wonderful a hostel/hotel. It has everything great about a hostel, i.e. having many common areas. Not only that, it has room options for making the stay luxurious with cheap price. We booked the presidential suite for one night. This luxurious hotel room is all for ourselves (2 people). It is very spacious: it has a stylistic living room, kitchen, patio, and a bedroom behind a curtain. We also love the restaurant and the playing room in Hommam. The location is great: it is close to San Pedro market, the main plaza, etc.

All personnel was very helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was also very good. Américo and his team allowed us to leave our backpacks before checkin and checkout and also allowed us to shower before we took out bus at 22:00. We really recommend this place.

    - Most welcoming staff who speak really good English and make you feel at home - The restaurant in the hotel is amazing and the breakfast is outstanding. They also provide to-go breakfast when you cannot make it - had the breakfast package ready for me 4am in the morning when i had to leave for the inca trail tour - Really beautiful rooms and gorgeous patio where you can chill and have a cocoa tea - Have to try their spa! Did the Inka healing one and the private jacuzzi /sauna is a must after a long hike
