From the moment my wife and I walked into Berkingshire Hotel in F7 Islamabad, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Our two-day stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I felt compelled to personally acknowledge the incredible staff who made our experience so memorable. At the forefront was Madam Uzma, whose leadership and attention to detail were clearly reflected in the hotel’s excellent service. She ensured everything ran smoothly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. A special thanks goes to Saleem, Shazaib, and Arsalan — each of whom went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Whether it was assistance with luggage, prompt room service, or friendly conversations, they truly made us feel at home. Even the guards at the entrance deserve appreciation for their courteous manner and professionalism. Their respectful greetings and discreet security presence added to the sense of safety and welcome. From the beautiful ambiance and clean, well-maintained rooms to the outstanding service at every level, Berkingshire Hotel exceeded our expectations. We left with great memories and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Islamabad.
