We arrived very late to the hotel, it was very windy and foggy - quite challenging to drive. Check in process was very simple and easy, the staff was very friendly and we were in our room in less than 5 minutes. The room was beautiful, very clean. Breakfast was very nice, with a nice selection of food.

Great location in a very tranquil area. The host very kindly allowed us to pay for the extra services (hot tub, and bottled water) via bank transfer when we forgot to withdraw cash. Velika Planina is very remote, requiring a cable car and chairlift to access, or 3km hike to access the property, but is well worth it for the views and serenity of the place - this was my wife's favourite spot on our honeymoon to Slovenia/Croatia.

The chalet is in a fantastic location. There are no neighbors around, yet at the same time it is very close to the ski lift and the pub. The hosts were very helpful. They helped us with the luggage and brought us snow sledges for kids to use. We had great time!

We stayed in a wooden glamping unit. Beautiful, very comfortable and quiet. The owners were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. If we go back, we'll bring our bicycles, because it's a great area for cycling. Highly recommend diner at the Krištof restaurant too.
