Hotel has everything we need. Our stay was perfect. Specially would like to mention 2 things: 1. Staff. We felt ourselves like we were with our old friends! 2. Kitchen. Every dish we tried was really delicious! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

We absolutely adore that everything is fresh and in pristine condition! The staff is super professional and very friendly. Thank you for caring so much Erika and Alia. We as a family were sick and they send us a care basket. This says a lot about good hospitality. Breakfast was great and my kids loved the flap jacks every morning. We recommend this place.

The reception team was exceptionally welcoming(Big hug to Mr. Zikeria) and ensured everything was in order throughout our entire stay.A huge variety in all the buffets, the aqua park, beach is amazing and not crowded, the staff is wonderful and very pleasant and welcoming, snack bars and drinks all day on the pool, clean facility.I enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely return.

food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers 😬) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly.
