food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers 😬) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly.

We had an all-inclusive package , and the buffet consistently offered a good variety of tasty dishes. We experienced no issues with the food, and everything appeared fresh and well-prepared. It was very nice and I want to thank someone specialy to make our stay very comfort -the manager Aley.

This was the best all-inclusive holiday, we attended a wedding. The staff were outstanding. There was not a negative thing to say. The best staff in the world, who went out of their way every day. Was unexpected amazing experience. Hotel is small, not usually huge resort, just 3 floors + private rooms with private pool. But that’s exactly what we appreciate a lot. Every member of personal know us, always smiling and try to help in every kind of task, even with special ones. They do it honestly, not only for cash, like in other hotels….they just ready to make your vacation best as you ever had and trust me, they know how to do it. Their service is so amazing that you never miss nothing. Rooms are clean, everywhere is clean, on beach they always clean sunbeds which you choosed in front of you. If you miss something during eating time, they make it what you want specially for you. What I need to say? Just that we ll be glad to came there again soon.
