Great rooms, really well maintained and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Arusha airport which is excellent. Staff brought us drinks and towels to the pool and offered a varied menu for meals, packed us a breakfast box as we had to leave early. Room amenities are excellent with good shower, lots of plug sockets and places to sit. Setting is very beautiful with tropical plants.

Great hotel, well-located, 20 minutes from Arusha Airport. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff is responsive and very friendly. The Manager Prince and his team (Venant, Sharon, Lucy, etc.) will ensure you have an exceptional stay in Arusha. The Sanna café right below the hotel is excellen ! You can book with confidence. I was pleasantly surprised about everything at the hotel. The entire staff (from reception to kitchen to cleaning) were ALL so very nice and courteous and helpful. The pool area was great. The hotel was nice (looks like it was recently built). My room was nice (balcony, large bathroom), very clean, great wifi, and plenty of hot water. Also, It was a quick ride to the bus station (which I took from Arusha to Nairobi, on Impala Shulttle).

I was greeted with friendly staff who assisted with luggage and provided a refreshment towel and freshly squeezed orange juice. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite, and the food and coffee were amazing.
