This hotel was very well located in a great, safe area. It was very close to shops, food places and freeway access. The room size was double that of other hotels. The free cooked breakfast was a huge bonus. But most importantly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Extremely happy with this hotel stay for our long term stay in L.A.

Good size room. Hotel location was very convenient for transportation and food. Close to the train stop so we rode the train many times to Pasadena. Everything was clean. I liked that there was a pool option even though we didn't use it. Parking is abundant.

The property is very well located , with ample parking space , very courteous staff, excellent fast food/ restaurant options around the hotel. The rooms were clean when we reached, however if you want them to be cleaned (everyday) in between your stay then you need to inform them. Mc Donald’s , Denny’s, Subway, KFC, Target store , Best Buy , many other food joints are right across the road. Instead of regular check in time which is 3:00 pm they even checked us in earlier at around 12:30 pm as the rooms were available and ready.. All in all the stay was very good and value for money.. highly recommended.
