Check-in took a little longer than I would have liked because of a new computer system they had. However, the staff that was assisting us was friendly and talkative the whole time, which helped. We got a king jacuzzi room. Pros of the room: The bed was comfortable. The room faced the trees, so it was private. The size of the room was great!
