great location, right next to a shuttle stop to the national park (free parking at the hotel for guests). fabulous pool and hot tub with mountain views, very comfortable rooms that are well equipped. Ice machine and laundry facilities too. would definitely stay here again!

If your visit to Springdale is for hiking in Zion national park, the location of De Novo is perfect. We were so close to the park that we were able to beat all the other guests and find parking - but if you want a late start, the park shuttle also comes directly to the property. The views from our room were also exceptional and the renovation is fantastic. The quiet area of Springdale also offered a surprising amount of good dining and coffee shop options. We look forward to staying again.

The king room was spacious and Cozy, and slept great. Customer Service was top notch, the representative gave helpful tips about Zion National Park. The Hotel even has a restaurant attached to the Lobby.

Beautiful setting and views. Room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotless. Our host, Sharron couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The location in downtown Springdale was convenient to shops and restaurants and to accessing the shuttle to Zion.
