Pierce welcomed us on arrival, and he was absolutely wonderful. So happy and welcoming. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was great - something for everyone. The hot tubs were an added bonus and the location was perfect. This is our second time staying, and we will definitely stay here again, if we ever make it back to Ouray. The easy access to the ice park is fantastic. The staff is very nice and friendly. The free access to the steam and dry rooms/saunas this year was a huge plus. Very relaxing and great way to recover after a long day climbing!!
