Love staying at The Inn. The authenticity of the building is mind-boggling in its preservation and decor. Guests can actually feel how the Victorians lived in such magnificent beauty. Marty and his staff are wonderful—friendly, fun, and professional. Breakfast is beautifully presented, with much variety, and attention to detail. The 24-hour access to coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water was super.

Receiving the newspaper in then morning, super nice! The gym was OK and the Spa was a good surprise. Filtered water at the entrance. Big and super comfortable room, with a huge bed. The bathroom was super clean, perfect!

The room I have is spacious and staff there are friendly. The hotel is new and very near to hop on hop off bus stop. Walking distance to Union Square as well. The most important, provide service to keep the luggage which I saw many of San Francisco Hotel doesn't provide this service.

Very comfortable room, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Very close to the Amtrak train station, which is why we stayed for one night before catching the train.
