i didnt realize there is a breakfast provided . We enjoy the location of the Sea Mist in the middle between Kittery and South Portland ( for shopping of course ) . This is our third or fourth stay at the Sea Mist . Thanks to Tanya for adjusting our room from the second floor to the first floor .

Good alternative to staying in Ogunquit if you don’t mind being a short drive away (which means paying for parking when visiting Ogunquit). Our cottage #184 was a comfortable size for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The kids enjoyed the playground near the country store a lot! Did not get to interact with the staff since we checked in and checked out after hours.. But one of the staff called us on the day of arrival to check what time we’d be arriving and ensured that our linens and towels were ready in the cottage, which I appreciated deeply!

The room didn’t have a great view (parking lot), but the Sea Chambers was right on the ocean and had a lot of seating areas with beautiful views. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice that breakfast was included . The staff was super friendly and polite. All in all, I would give a 10 out of 10.

    The location is on Mile Road, and Wells Beach is literally down that road. Our room, a one bedroom suite with sofa bed (115) had a full kitchen: microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and full size fridge, all of which comes in useful if you are saving money by making your own food. The grocery store and pharmacy is nearby so your basics will be met. There is a small indoor pool, jacuzzi hot tub, and small gym, all of which we utilized.

    The unit we stayed in was very comfortable. Bedroom had a king size bed and TV, Living room area had nice sofa and chairs to relax in along with television. This area was joined to the modern kitchen that we used instead of going out for dinner so much, and we had two bathroom, one en-suite and one in the main living area as well as a patio with table and chairs. We enjoyed the homeyness of the place.
