They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.

The staffs was very friendly and gave us really good recommendations where should we visit and the hotel room with a view was terrific. Nothing to complain at all. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there !!

Great buffet breakfast, just disappointed it was only available at the weekend. Great location very close to the Gondola. Great to have self laundry facilities on each floor of hotel. Loved the large bedrwith separate lounge area, perfect for families.

The location of the property is fairly central with the strip/casinos nearby. The rooms have nice finishes with the balcony tub being a nice touch. Maggie’s restaurant for brunch is a must, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We look forward to coming back.

I really liked experience here. The view from the room is amazing. Unfortunately, the hot tube works only by 9 pm( and it was really interesting check in with host on the line.

    I liked the hot tub on the balcony. The kitchen was very well stocked. The washing machine had detergent. Bathrooms had blow dryers. The was no ac but there were a lot of fans which I appreciated. It did not help when the temp reached 80+ tho. especially upstairs. There were puzzles to play with and a Wii. Unfortunaely, the Wii did not work.
