We had a fantastic time with Genesis Luxury Regal Cruises. They were in contact prior to our booking to offer there services of transfer from Hanoi to there boat, the transport was very comfortable and was seamless. It removed the stress of having to arrange a transfer ourselves. The staff on the boat and in the office were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the itinerary on offer, squid fishing, kayaking and tour on bamboo boats with a local as well as the sea swim off the back of the boat. The food on offer was to a high standard, thoroughly enjoyed as well as the cocktails. We would like to say a big thank you to the team for making a memorable experience.

Very beautiful ship, clean and nice to swim through the Bay. The menu consists of several dishes and dessert , beautiful serving. Attentive staff and fun activities. We were swimming in kayaks and visited the cave! Evening fishing on squid brought a sea of pleasure! Thank you, we'll be back!

EVERYTHING!!! It was the most wonderful cruise on a very luxurious, immaculately clean boat with the most amazingly professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! This cruise over 2 night/3 days was the highlight of our honeymoon. The service and quality of the staff was incredible. Attentative and sensitive to our personal interaction needs was just amazing! The flowers and the cake just brialliant. Unfortunately, we didn’t get everyone’s names that contributed to our fantastic experience but these are some. Bui Trung Hieu who felt like our private butler! His attention to our needs and care was just brilliant. Others include, Pham Huyen Trang, Lo van Dung and Tony from the Sun Deck! in addition, was the MC whose name I only heard second hand as Mr J! A true leisure industry professional and his team reflects this! thank you! The quality of the boat matches the service. The food is truly excellent. All in the Cruise was worth every cent and rivals any of the top hotels I have been fortunate enough to stay in. THANK YOU!

    An absolutely incredible cruise. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and safe. The cabins were very large with a jacuzzi bath which was just incredible. Food was delicious, drinks reasonably priced. The activities were also incredible including kayaking and hikes. I honestly can’t thank the staff: Morning, Andy and the rest of the team for their wonderful hospitality!

    It was clean, nice size room with shower and jacuzzi bath, staff were brilliant, the food was great, the evening entertainment was enjoyable too. I dealt with Alice who arranged the whole thing and was so helpful with any queries we had and booked up our return transfer for us and it went smoothly, highly recommend this experience
