May and her family were the perfect hosts. Cao’s and his wife’s cooking was amazing, very tasty, clean and fresh food, plus it was such a lovely experience eating together with the family. The bungalow was so cozy and very clean and in a perfect location away from the madness of Sapa. Trekking with May was a lot of fun, walking to the waterfalls and the bamboo forest, the views along the way were breathtaking. The herbal baths were much welcomed and a slice of luxury on a rainy day. Overall we loved the three nights we spent here and would love to come back..

It was very clean, bed sheets smelled great, the bed was a big tough, but not big deal. All amenities you need, super helpful staff. Would stay again!

We were drawn to the place because of the beautiful garden with a koi pond, which the owner have personally designed! We met the friendly owner who introduced the place to us and warmly welcomed us to the place with warm tea and fruits. The room is comfortable, with a beautiful view from both the room and the toilet. The food is also good!

I only had one night here and everything was perfect. The staff are very kind and they helped us book anh good tour with cheap price. The tent was clean and nice. Breakfast was good with quality basic choices and the location is convenient.

Clean and chic hotel located very close to the city centre. Staff is helpful and friendly. Nice view with nice breakfast. Can’t ask for anything more! One improvement is the communication of local tour arrangement. I have signed up for a group tour to cat cat village and ba hac market, but in the end was arranged for a private tour to cat cat village only with price change making known to me after the trip. I was fine with paying for a private tour to cat cat village in the end because I did enjoy private time with a knowledgeable local. However, under normal circumstance, if you sign up for a group tour but ended up only with one guest, you should only be charged for group tour price. Otherwise, the price change should have been communicated upfront.
