Located only 4 minutes away by scooter from the centre of Tam Coc, this newly opened hotel offers stunning views over the mountains and the quiet you need to relax and unwind after a long day visiting. The design of the hotel is beautiful, modern and cozy, the bathtub on the balcony is immense and at night the hotel is lit up in the most beautiful way. Very well insulated as well and we had a great night sleep. The inside pool with water from the mountain is also a super cool addition! Not to mention the owners are the sweetest people. After being catfished by one hotel we had booked on Booking and getting there we realised it was not at all what was advertised, we ran and visited 7 hotels in Tam coc hoping to find a decent one. After accidentally seeing this on booking we went to see it and were sold! Definitely do not regret our decision.

We stayed in the cabin in front of the lake. It was an wonderful experience. The place (and city) was so nice that we extended our stay for one extra day. Everything was beautiful inside and outside. Very calm and relaxed. But what we loved the most was Sunny and her daughter Amy. Sunny is like an angel. She is so kind, calm, helpful and really a friend. Amy is so adorable. We felt like home. I really recommend it. It was all an incredible experience. Thank you so much Sunny! A lot of love and lucky for all of you! ❤️

The rooms were tastefully decorated and very newly furnished. Toilets were huge and rooms very clean. The homestay is situated among rice fields. It was quiet and peaceful. It is a good venue for cycling. Breakfasts were yummy and thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully plated fruits were served each morning. Most importantly, the owners were very hospitable, kind and helpful. My daughter had sprained her ankle just prior to the trip, and the owners went out of their way to make sure that she is taken care of. They loaned us a bicycle to cycle her around, and even came on their motorbikes to fetch us from the town centre when we were stranded because of a road closure and she couldn’t walk back. The lady owner asked of her well-being a few times. We are indeed thankful to meet such kind hosts during our stay in Ninh Binh.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful for everything we needed - from leaning transport to/from Hanoi, motorbike rental, etc… room was beautiful and food was amazing. Would love to come back and will recommend this spot to everyone!

The location is fantastic. So peaceful and beautiful here. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. We rent out the motorbike and also did laundry. You can take grab or metered taxi to this homestay but might need help from them to book taxi or ride to get out of the homestay.
