The hotel is beautiful. The staff on reception were so helpful from the moment we arrived, particularly Lala who was brilliant and helped us book everything we needed. The spa treatment was wonderful and well worth it - we returned twice. The staff there were great. We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a luxury room, and it was fantastic. The location is a 10min ride out of SaPa, where it's beautifully quiet. The hotel pays for one taxi a day for you to travel to Sa Pa. We loved this, as we were unsure about the distance The bungalows are a cute design, and ensure everyone has a view and privacy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. There are lots of things to choose from.

Very luxurious hotel with beautiful infinity pool. Room was very spacious and breakfast buffet was really well done. It is right next to the Fanzipan cable car. It is further out from the city but the hotel provides shuttle service which was easy to plan around. Special thanks to the staff who I was able to connect with on WhatsApp to book transport to and from Hanoi.

This was such an amazing property to stay at, very much unexpected… Room was super quaint, hosts were very friendly, breakfast was lovely, we even had a wooden soaker bathtub in our room that was so appreciated after day of hiking !!Would’ve stayed longer if we could’ve!

The staff went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay, even though we arrived very early at 5am in the morning. Beds were large and comfortable, and the comforters were fluffy and well-kept. The team even offered us a space to shower after we had checked out, unprompted. I had an excellent 8-day stay at this hotel in Sapa. The location is perfect, the rooms are super clean, and the staff are very accommodating. From my room window, I enjoyed a beautiful view, and even in the dining area, you can watch the funicular passing by, which made the experience extra special. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. The price is definitely worth it for the comfort and service you get. I’m especially grateful to the hotel manager for being so kind and thoughtful, even giving me a lovely token from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Sapa.

    Super spacious and big clean room with friendly staff. Toilet was clean, bright and big with bathtub inside. Resort had free transport to and fro city centre- though there were stipulated timings, but generally easy to arrange. Amazing mountain views at the resort. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were amazing! Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again.
