Everything. It’s new, clean, well furnished with plenty of staff and high quality facilities. We loved our room, large comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, a small lounge area with table and double chaise lounge. Plenty of ambient lights, loads of storage and space to unpack all your belongings. Robes, slippers and the usual complimentary toiletries and tea making equipment, including a Chinese tea set. We had a small kitchenette which gave us a lot more space. All to a very good and comfortable standard. Could not fault the room. Staff spoke very good English and were extremely polite and helpful. We used the laundry room for a small fee so this was handy, the pool and gym were clean and well maintained.

Beautiful architecture, good location, super nice staff, great Wifi, variety of breakfast choices. At first, I thought it was a little more expensive than the other hotels nearby. But understandable that here is a higher ranking hotel, and it is worth every penny! Never regretted staying here. A deep gratitude for the staff who are very helpful and great service mind.

The exceptional kindness and friendliness of all people working there. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and the owners were really helpful with information about Hanoi, travel, etc. The space is artistic, beautiful, and good fun. A lot of love has been put into creating the space. It is a nice distance from the noise of Hanoi, with walking tracks up to the local summit nearby. The accommodation is on the banks of a lovely lake, with sit on top kayaks available, amazing meals. Beautiful space, highly recommended.

The clean accommodation and friendly guidance were impressive. We made many comfortable and enjoyable memories during our stay. We will visit again next time.You can use the swimming pool by going to the main hotel building by buggy from the accommodation. It was also nice to play in the main pool. We were able to have fun and come back to the accommodation.
