I forgot their names, but the bellboy and receptionists were on shift that day Dec 31st at around 2pm were all nice and helpful. Always smiling and asking if we need assistance.

We stayed during the storm and crazy rain in Dubai, but hotel staff did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. We tried a couple of meals from the hotel's restaurant and it was amazing.
