We stayed in the XL villa and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five (3 large bedrooms, all with facilities (air conditioning, hot water, etc.) that worked well.

The guesthouse makes the hike slightly longer, as you have to get to the far part of Theth but we enjoyed being on that part of town, it was closer to some nice spots to get in the river, as well as, the walk to the waterfall. We had the room on the top floor and it was clean and comfortable, and the balcony had an amazing view. The breakfast that is included in delicious. Highly recommend this guesthouse, would love to stay again.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and they were able to adapt to our diet. Really kind. It was very close to the center. In a few meters, we could have dinner or go to the market. It is close to the highway which means we could arrive by car with good roads (car was rented, and we weren't allowed to take dirt road.
