Facilities were great and there was all sorts of entertainment opportunities within the property. The staff were very very polite and helpful. Witnessed it first hand during our stay when we had a situation and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The suite was very large, had a large bathtub in the middle of the room and with a view over the Vlora bay. It was quite nice! Balcony was very nice and the area around was very calm and quiet, though it’s worth mentioning that we were there in the off season! The spa was very nice as well! Not super large, but had all you’d expect a spa to have, and it had a variety of treatments a few if which we used and were pretty satisfied with.

At Jako Premium Hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Best Hotel we have stayed in Saranda!!! The staff were all super friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean and had amazing rooftop pool. Also the location was walking distance to all the beaches/ bars/ restaurants and not up a hill which helped so much with the amount of times we were going in and out of the hotel. And their Freddo cafe is a must try!

Charm Hotel offers a hot tub. Location was halfway around the bay. Check in was easy and friendly. We parked across from our room. Our room was close to reception. The reception young ladies were friendly, warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was ordered from a menu, but we ordered lots of different items and it all arrived! It was fresh. Eggs were piping hot. Everything was excellent! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower area. Lovely toiletries were provided. There's a wall switch to operate the window blind! The hotel is centrally placed along the seafront. There are many loungers free to use across the road. Provided beach towels were very useful.
