The location is great, the place it’s clean but, most of all, the staff is amazing. Mariano helped us planning our trip, Matias was super kind and helpful and Rosa was gentle and very nice.

We were upgraded to a nice suite with champagne for our honeymoon, and the room was really comfortable The staff was really friendly and helpful Spa was also nice, with a lot of baths Breakfast was delicious with tasty crepes ;)

For relaxation, guests can visit Patagonia Queen´s cocktail-wine bar. We felt at home in this hotel. The service by the hotel owner and all the stuff. Very good service. They thought about little things that create a differnce. For example - water filter that you can fill bottles before youi go a track. A very comfortasble ping-pong table that we used a lot while we where in the hotel.

These were some of the best looking rooms we stayed in throughout our trip in South America. Facilities were excellent in terms of facilities. Kitchen equipment, beds, the bathroom, sockets were all excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. We travelled with another friend who had better accommodation for just a few pounds more. This would have easily accommodated us in 2 separate rooms and would have booked this for the three of us had we known.

There are also self-contained bungalows with a living room area and a kitchen, ideal for families or small groups. we absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. reception team was very helpful and welcoming. they took care of all our inquires. We loved outdoor hot tub. And of course reception area is one of a kind.
