The breakfast was excellent and the staff there were very friendly and providing excellent service specially Mr. Ahmad Qaffiny who was always available to accommodate our requests with a very nice personality and smile. We checked in on the new year eve and it was very nice to see the celebration and fire works around the hotel.

The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ali at the front desk — he was the MVP! He helped us change our rooms and made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. 🙏🏼 The staff at the beach, pool, and restaurant were also wonderful — especially with our baby. They went out of their way to make things easier for us and showed such warmth and care. 😍

Guests can stretch their muscles using the fitness centre’s cardio-vascular stations and resistance machines. The staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were celebrating a special occasion and they decorated the room and made special arrangements. The facilities are amazing and there are plenty of options of outside areas to explore.
