At the villa complex, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

The staff was amazing and the place is so beautiful and also incredibly quiet.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The pick-up by boat from the ferry, the warm welcome and welcome drinks, the beauty of the resort, and the lovely cabin. The beds were so comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the food at the restaurant was just amazing. We also liked the fact that they offer free transfers to Caye Caulker and Secret Beach a few times a week. But the best thing was probably the staff. The whole team was incredibly friendly and warm, and they did everything they could to make our stay even more comfortable. We loved the small little details like the cookies we'd find in our room at bedtime. Definitely recommend this place!

Great location, extremely attentive staff and luxury accommodations, This property is as water front as you are going to see. Property management group were excellent.

Caye Reef Condos also includes a hot tub and terrace. The property welcomes families and children. I was greeted right away and able to check in early. One of the hotel staff Danny, was very helpful and even went to pick up a basket of beer from across the island. The condo was extremely spacious and I feel the pictures don't do it justice. The living room and kitchen are huge with a nice-sized balcony. We also really enjoyed using the pool. The staff were also swift to replace towels, water, or coffee. This is where I will recommend people stay when they visit Caye Caulker. Also, it's across the street from Chef Kareem's BBQ and Wish Willy, some of the best food on the island.

This property is quiet, well managed, and clean, on a nice beach north of San Pedro. There are restaurants within walking or carting distance, and a great pier.

Each suite has a private terrace with a table, chairs and hammock and overlooks the pool and garden. The staff were excellent. The place was beautiful and relaxing, very quiet. Far enough away from the hubbub of San Pedro, but close enough to easily make the trip into town for eating and entertainment.
