The swimming pool was warm. The interior of the hotel is amazing. The breakfast was delicious.

The aparthotel features rooms with air conditioning, private parking available on site and an electric vehicle charging station. Excellent value for money, great location, staff extremely welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and the sauna was great.

Our welcome by Carol and Carl was very warm and friendly, and we loved the large, very comfortable room which had glorious views of the distant lake and hills, and a wonderful King sized bed! Although we ended up not being able to use the facilities, the outside grounds and hot and cool tubs were impressive. Attention to detail was clear everywhere, not least the excellent breakfast where alternatives were happily provided if the main offering didn't suit. North Hatley itself is a pretty, small lakeside town about 7km from the property and has excellent dining opportunities. Overall, we highly recommend this property to visitors to this lovely part of the world.

Just a short and easy drive about 10-12 minutes from the property until the entrance of Observatory at Park Megantic. The facilities are a masterpiece of woodwork made at its most by Mr. Denis, the host/proprietary. You can spend hours looking all decoration details in the room, living room, etc... Each room has a jacuzzi at the restroom, and it was great, amazing I could say. The rooms don't have its own fridge, but there is a comunitary fridge in the living room just a few steps from the rooms. It was enough to keep our bottle of wine and a couple of sandwiches cold.
