The 10000 m² spa area features an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, 1 of which offers an infinity edge with breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne, 3 private spa rooms, 15 treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness area. Everything was perfect. Staffs were super friendly, breakfast was delicious and the Spa was awesome. Definitely worth the money. We had high expectations given how nice the pictures online look and it looks even better in person.

Beautiful architecture, surrounding views across lake and mountains make this place a great retreat, yet it is very well connected to Luzern. Cuisine is exceptional and staff are wonderful. The accommodation provides an ATM, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. The owners were incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating. The spa was lovely after the Stoos ridge hike we did. The food was exceptional.

Good for a one night stay if you plan to visit the Rigi Kulm and not want to rush back to Lucerne in one single day. it’s in walking distance to the Rigi Bahn station, and away from the tourist. Vitznau is cozy and quiet town. The rooftop restaurant across the street is pretty good, they follow fusion food using the local ingredients.

The ski pistes start directly in front of the hotel and there are many hiking and mountain biking paths nearby. A lounge with Alps views is also available.
