Even though property is centrally located, the privacy and silence were great. Bird song surrounded us and the resident herons squawked in the trees, but NO traffic noise. The owners are friendly and attentive. Communications via WhatsApp were promptly answered. We will return and highly recommend.

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and room service. Ximena, the owner is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is very good. Room is clean although a little bit small. They helped us with everything we needed. They can provide support by booking tours and transportation. The house is uphill so to arrive by taxi is recommended.

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

Loved our deck, spacious room, ‘catered’ complete breakfast.

Private parking is available subject to availability for guests. Hotel staff is really nice, location is great, it has a private parking lot and breakfast is nice too. We got a room with a clear view of the volcano, which was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the room size is great and it was very well cleaned.
