He also did the pick-up and sent-off for us, arranged for our laundry and taxi pick-up to town. He also has a very friendly dog named 'Teo', which greeted you every time you return to the cabin! The cabin is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub is a big bonus to soothe our tired bodies in the evenings after spending a day exploring Torres del Paine National Park! We will definitely stay here again if we visit Puerto Natales again!

The house only has accommodation service, it does not have a hot tub or sauna. Having a hot tub and sauna in our cabin was awesome!! All of the little things we needed were in the cabin which was so helpful.
