All rooms come with ironing facilities, a seating area and a minibar. The ample bathrooms include free toiletries and both a bathtub and shower facilities. The hotel staff was exceptional. Everything about the Langham hotel is always amazing. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are always out of this world. A special thank you to SPLA. On our 1st day of arrival, he helped us with a cab driver who had overcharged us, from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely attentive, and from that night, he went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we're comfortable and don't lack for anything. He made us feel at home. Him and his colleagues made sure to organize and keep our luggage because we had to travel to another province for 2 days.They kept it safe for us until we returned. Krystal the guest relations officer was also amazing. Almost every morning she would make sure we get to our correct destinations, translating for us. She would also make amazing recommendations for us, she speaks good English. She made us feel at home. Kervin, I think he's a supervisor or manager, was also so kind to us. Overall this is the reason why I always choose to stay at the Langham, when I'm in Guangzhou. Their hospitality never lacks. It's a good hotel, with amazing personnel that make you feel at home.

Spacious and bright, all guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary décor. They all include a washing machine, ironing facilities and an iPod docking station. Microwave, fridge, stove and kitchenware can be found in the well-decorated kitchen. The location of the accommodation is excellent, with a subway station right downstairs, making it very convenient. However, taking a DD taxi is still more comfortable and affordable. Initially, I was given a room on the 8th floor, which had no view and was noisy, disturbing my sleep. After raising this issue, the front desk kindly upgraded me to a room on a higher floor, which I found very considerate and commendable. The housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay, and they even gave us a little surprise at the end, which was a delightful touch. The doormen and front desk staff were impeccable in their manners and smiles, truly embodying the spirit of a five-star hotel.

Located on the historic European-style Shamian Island, White Swan Hotel is located along Pearl River, the centre of Guangzhou’s historic area. It boasts a well-equipped fitness centre, a spa lounge and an outdoor swimming pool. Staff were very helpful to book and checkin air tickets.
