House is located subburbs of Berlin with an amazing back garden. On the end of You there is even a boat hanging over and canal ready to swim away right with Your morning coffee. It's very quiet neigberhood. I haven't seen a walking person after 8pm in any of 5 days we stayed here. It's hard to tell all the things they are here, I named only little few and our stay was in November when weather is bad, but this kinda "summerstyle" area is deffinetly great in cold times too. Loved it!

Guests can enjoy natural plants and attentive spa treatments in a soundproofed area free of traffic noise. I have stayed more than 15 times the last two years. This tells everything:) This time there was a huge crowd conference but still the entire hotel was working perfect! Special thanks to the reception crew and my friend Daniel. The amenities provided were top-notch, with luxury products from Balmain, which truly elevated the entire experience. One of the standout features was the integrated sound system in the room, which could be easily controlled from a central panel. Additionally, the lighting controls allowed us to create different scenes with warm or cool lights, enhancing the ambiance and making our stay even more enjoyable. The room service was consistently excellent, and our room was impeccably cleaned every single day. Beyond the room, the pool was an absolute highlight, offering stunning views of the entire Berlin skyline. The jacuzzi was equally impressive, and the outdoor area provided a perfect spot for sunbathing. Our experience at this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It’s an excellent value for the money, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!
