Almost everything, smile faces, happy hours, very clean, confortable, I could use smart tv by casting my phone, so close to the centre, metro, bus, train stations, reachable to everywhere on foot.

Well designed. Pod was small, just a mattress and enough space for the bags but we slept very well. Shared bathroom was clean with good facilities. Never had to queue. The communal lounge area was very relaxing. Enjoyed the herb tea. We were much older than anyone else there (70s) but everyone was very friendly, and patient when we needed help with the technology.

Breakfast was minimal but acceptable, while the breakfast lounge was spacious, clean, and offered a wonderful view. The lobby downstairs was also accommodating with lots of places to sit, watch tv, drink something with friends or even work in some quiet corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite the limited space, the bathroom in the room was excellently designed. Everything was in place, with plenty of outlets for laptops and chargers, and everything was clean and tidy.

The layout of the room really worked well of having the living space and bedroom space. Loved the apartment and the decor. It felt cozy and relaxed, stylish and practical. The heated bathroom floor was added bonus. Didn’t realise that was there when booking. The location was brilliant, a bit further out from the main centre but still close enough to walk. The people at reception were polite and friendly.

Bar and lounge area was really nice and spacious. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Online checking at the hostel was easy to do and key card worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were a good temperature and also had aircon if required. Good to have evening events organised such as quizzes.
