A deluxe location and ideal place to stay. The day-to-day Managers (i.e., Paul, Joz and Leiver) met us daily to see if things were going well & if we needed anything. Literally everyday; most days twice! QHBH has an arrangement with two local guides: Carlos; and, Xavier. These dudes are awesome! If you can [go to Quito] stay at this residence and book a couple of day tours with these two fine gentleman. You will be writing a 5+ review just like I am now. Guaranteed! Also, Tony from Bogota, Columbia owns & operates an 8'ish seat Pizzeria across the street. Literally 20 feet from the Hotel front door! Best pizza we've ever had. And, Tony is a 'one-of-a-kind' in a great way!

A continental breakfast is available at the hotel. This is a must visit if you are doing the Quilatoa or just passing through. I personally recommend staying at least two nights here as it’s that amazing. The food is comforting. The staff is amazing and the tranquility is unmatched. This truly is one of the highlights of doing the hike, so don’t be in a rush to leave.
