All staff are very friendly particularly reception staff. Their all restaurants and food are awesome particularly blue lounge restaurant and their indian chef mr. Lakhpati was mind blowing chef. Strongly recommended for everyone.

The hotels is incredible, smart layout, well designed and lots of good areas where you can spend your time. Good pools, nice beach and chairs/sunbathing sofas everywhere. Restaurants where amazing, buffet was alot better then your average hotels buffets (so much to choose from and high quality.) WIFI was very good, was able to stream everything at a high bitrate (youtube, football, twitch etc...) And last but not least, the staff! In some hotels i feel uncomfortable getting overly served especially when staff "fake it", not here, i believe the staff is genuinely happy working at this hotel. At the same time they seem so relaxed, and that made it so much easier for me to relax. I get the feeling that the hotel is taking very good care of its staff, and in turn the staff is taking very good care of its visitors.

Guest rooms will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. the architecture and environment is outstanding. the fact that children are not allowed speaks for itself. 😜 absolute satisfied with buffet restaurants. and extra thanks to guys from Sam&Leo’s bar, especially to mr. Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. This resort offers an outdoor pool, a gym and a spa. The hotel has 2 main restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants: Turkish, Asian, Italian (opening subject to operation needs & seasonality). In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. Really a very good experience overall, I have to thank the staff even more the front desk crew they attended to all our needs and always asking if they can improve their services.

Accommodations features spacious layouts, rich furnishings with air condition, flat screen satellite TV, bath or shower, private bathroom, minibar and many services and amenities with high standards of luxurious. Everything was excellent. Everyone was welcoming.

Diving and snorkelling facilities are provided for a fee. You can enjoy a sauna, hot tub or Turkish steam bath, or take a dip in the lagoon-shaped outdoor pool. You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. Amazing hospitality and service. the reception was very smooth and we got helped with a free-ground floor room upgrade. Club car was always available when we needed. The beach is so charming and clean. The food was delicious and so many options including deserts, I'd like to point out the Mangal restaurant for house grills. I had the best mixed grills in a very long time. Highly recommended! The staff was amazing. This was my 2nd visit and I'll definitely come back in the future.

Hurghada International Airport is 20 km from Bellagio Beach Resort & SPA. Hurghada’s city centre is just 15-minute drive away. They were super hospitable, I have absolutely zero regrets. They made sure I and my sisters stay were comfortable. Everything we asked for they gave us for free, they even let us check in very early and check out late due to our flight schedule. The food from the restaurants had different varieties and was good. Also special shout out to Omar for being very responsive and making us feel at home. I would definitely visit again.
