It’s a pity that I couldn’t use all of the facility since it was a short stay, but it was the most memorable stay in my visit to Egypt. Every staff were very friendly, they will listen to you and do their best to make your experience better. I personally want to thank Nardine from Greeting Team especially. Her communication made my stay definitely comfortable, and you’ll know how difficult that is to acquire when a lot of people here try to rip you off.

The food was delicious (thanks for showing me how to make Egyptian rice btw), and breakfirst was plenty that I ended up skipping lunch 😂 Mohamed was always smiling, and Hamdi was super helpful with everything. I also joined a tour with Hamdi, and it was definitely a highlight of my trip, he knows so much and makes it really fun and interesting. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.

The rooftop view is amazing specially early morning as you can view the balloons flying all over the place. At the moment still on going construction ‘I think’. So there’s a lot of room to improve.
