Our spacious and comfortable rooms are nicely furnished with all modern facilities and Spa. The highlight of our stay was Christine, the guest relation manager who took care of our needs and was so friendly ! The staff was also wonderful. Definitely coming back.

The owner is a friendly and welcoming person. he welcomed us and picked us up from Abu Simbel airport for free. it was a pity to stay only 1 night. I recommend to stay at least 2 nights to enjoy Abu Simbel temple at night and also the sunrise boat ride with view of the temple. breakfast was also great. Our suite was spacious and clean, excellent bathroom. The check in process was super smooth. The way to the hotel from the boat dock is steep but they have a complimentary tuktuk which helps if you don't want to hike up. The staff is excellent, attentive and very polite. One of the staff, Taha, stood out for us, he makes an excellent mint lemonade. The breakfast buffet has an extensive choice. Dinner choices are varied and decent tasting. Each night a dinner they have local musicians perform lovely music. Bed are comfortable.

We had an issue with the payment as they didn't have machine to accept card and we didn't have cash. He was patient with us to work out situation through bank transfer. Staff is very nice and considerate. They packed us a breakfast bag since we had a tour at 4 am in morning!
