The guest house boasts a variety of wellness options, including a sauna, a hot tub and yoga classes. Guests at the guest house can enjoy hiking and walking tours nearby, or make the most of the garden. The rooms are very comfortable. We had a small cottage on the property with a handy kitchenette. We used the Nordic spa and sat by the pool. The hosts are amazing. The location is private and quiet. The food was fantastic!

The guest house also features an indoor pool and a hot tub for guests to relax in. You can play table tennis and mini-golf at Les Ô d'Annecy, and the area is popular for cycling and fishing. Skiing, windsurfing and diving are possible within the area, and the accommodation offers water sports facilities. Everthing was great from the location, the cleanliness and the exceptional breakfast. Darling rooms and beautiful views. But the most important thing to note was that Bernard and Ta were incredibly helpful and friendly! They went well above our expectations in arranging outings, bike reservations and dinner of course. This may be my favorite hotel. Everything was perfect - beautiful property, comfortable and spacious room, lovely pool and spa, incredible buffet breakfast overlooking the lake, very kind staff, 2 min walk to the beach. It was a bit of a splurge for us but worth it!

The apartments feature a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a terrace with views of the surrounding mountains and lake. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and the private bathrooms include a shower and hairdryer. The owners made sure that they had thought of everything. They were VERY PLEASANT and helpful. The place (AND VIEW) was beautiful.

The hotel also offers a bar serving cocktails and a lounge area to relax in. A continental buffet breakfast is served every morning. Fabulous in all respects..... location, ambience, building, staff all absolutely fabulous and truly exceptional food. Only stayed one night but it was a real treat

The hotel features a grand gallery and its own pontoon with a private hotel boat. There is also a beauty centre offering relaxation and beauty treatments. This place has views unlike any other hotel! It was one of the most lovely and whimsical places I’ve ever stayed. Behind the hotel is a beautiful mountain which seems to always have paragliding happening. The other side is the beautiful lake where you can sit on chairs right next to the water while you eat and drink wine. The character and history of the building was beautiful. The staff was excellent, especially the waiters and waitresses. I am vegan and my boyfriend vegetarian, they were more than happy to make us amazing meals! There is a plant based menu for dinner as well which we were so happy to see. The food is wonderful and beautifully presented. They have a nice parking lot for people who drive there and have bikes you can rent which I highly recommend. We will definitely try to return soon!

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The property has an outdoor dining area. Great location, very quiet street only 500m from the Lake. Nice appartment equipped with everything you need. The foto’s on the website does not show quite how beautiful it is.
