At the bed and breakfast, units are fitted with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. A terrace with an outdoor dining area and mountain views is offered in every unit. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. Again a perfect 10 for all the right reasons: 1 Communications with host Ann(ie) was clear and prompt to get us to the right place at the right time. 2 The Estate is clearly visible from the road, but not close to the road: nice and quiet. 3 Enough and good parking places on the premisses. 4 The estate does not look very big for the outside but surely is! It has been transformed from a former separate house for preparing for hunting, to a stylish modern villa, with a tea terrace in a huge tree behind the house. 5 Annie took great care in decorating each room and terrace - each room had its own - with great care for consistent style. She loves tigers and in pictures and statues the animals are omnipresent; not the real ones by the way. 6 The kitchen is enormous, yet cosy and beautiful, very clean and great for having breakfast. 7 The garden is well maintained. 8 The bathroom is private and immaculate with thick towels 9 Excellent bed, beautiful and comfortable linnens 10 Across the street - less than a minute away - is de the Burns-Wallace memorial: a pile of stones near the river, just a modest staircase away, easy accessible, with poetry on the pile. 'Worth the detour'! What stands out most is Annies hospitality. With a nice Scottish touch, she is full of stories, advice for day visits, and prepares and serves breakfast the way you wish. For the cereal lover, at least 10 varieties. We choose eggs and croissants with coffee (and tested several cereals). Nothing is a problem for her. She showed us around in her beautiful Estate of which she is really proud, for obvious reasons. This is what we wanted and got plenty of it.

The luxurious spa boasts an infinity pool with stunning views of the Ailsa Craig, a wide range of relaxing treatments, and a Life fitness studio. Really once of the nicest properties I have ever seen. We traveled all through Europe for a month - this was the best place we stayed!

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 28 km from Royal Troon Golf Club. The property was immaculate with all amenities we needed including lovely fruit bowl and tea and coffee, the hitting was amazing and suited our needs perfectly and the setting rural to allow us to enjoy our break away. Contact with Jeanne was last minute but was easy and allowed us to have a great break after being let down by another booking.

Boasting a hot tub, Clover Neuk - Hot Tub - Coorie Doon Stays is set in Fairlie. Guests can benefit from a balcony and a picnic area. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking holiday home has a hot tub. The house itself was well furnished, cosy and comfortable with good public transport access right outside the gate, making arriving and day trips nearby without a vehicle super easy. We took advantage of this and ended up on a ferry to the Isle of Cumbrae, which was inexpensive and happens to hold Britains smallest Cathedral; definitely worth a visit. The hot tub was lovely and easy to uncover and get going, situated on a little terrace above a small stream that was perfect for having tea in the morning. The hosts were friendly and keen to make sure we had everything we needed, and had some good tips on where to eat locally. Overall we had a lovely time and look forward to returning.
