There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Despite being very inexpensive, the rooms are spacious enough, with comfortable mattresses and clean linens, and the bathrooms are well-cleaned and have plenty of hot water. I stayed there in the cold season of mid-October, but the room was warm enough with only one small heater, so I didn't have any inconveniences. This house also has a cozy and well-equipped kitchen for the guests, where they can enjoy their favorite dishes with ingredients from the local supermarket. And, importantly, this accommodation is located in a very quiet environment, where you can have a good night's sleep and feel comfortable and relaxed in your room. Above all, I was moved by the incredible hospitality and warmth of the host family. They picked me up from the bus stop when I arrived late at night, and the host also sent the pendant, which I had accidentally left in the room after checking out. to my next accommodation, the Tbilisino Hotel. This accommodation is located in the historic center of Mestia, which has a lots of very interesting Caucasian 12th century tower buildings. It also has some hiking courses in the area that are a little steeps but offers a very pleasant trek. Yet, it is within walking distance to the town center and the town is full of tourist information, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee houses. I highly recommend this accommodation if you stay in Mestia.

Our stay in Laias house was excellent. We were received as a part of the family and felt welcome from the vert first minute. We spend 3 weeks in Georgia in various cities and guesthouses, but 2 days in Khaishi with Laia and her husband will stay for ever in our hearts. Very warm people. Didi madloba

Units are complete with a private bathroom, while certain units at the guest house also boast a seating area. At the guest house, some units are soundproof. The host was exceptionally friendly, but not at all disturbing, we liked the shared kitchen and shared places with sofas to relax. We especially appreciated that we could keep our things at the place when we went for 4 days hike even before being accommodated there and that we could use the option to wash our stuff afterwards. Breakfast was very good as well and room clean with own bathroom. Overall the value you get for money is really great at this place. When coming back to Mestia, we will stay here again.
