At Islands View guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. We stayed for three nights during our Lefkada trip, and out of six accommodations, this was by far the best. The place is full of heart – small, beautifully designed, and run with real care. The owner and team were super friendly, everything was clean and cozy, and the vibe felt truly personal. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view over Nydri and the sea, with little islands scattered around – just stunning. Breakfast was a real highlight: a small menu with fresh, tasty dishes (we tried something new every day), plus different kinds of bread and rolls, homemade jam in cute little jars, fresh fruit – and even proper pretzels (as Germans, we were impressed!). When we left, we mentioned we had a long drive ahead – and they surprised us with a little bag with water and fresh cherries. Such a thoughtful gesture. We’ll definitely come back next year. Boasting unobstructed Ionian Sea views, both villas come with beamed ceilings and country-style features, and include a satellite, flat-screen TV and DVD player. They also have a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Each bathroom is fitted with a spa bath and includes toiletries and a hairdryer. This was our second stay here, but now in a different villa. Everything was great, from the warm welcoming of Dina, who brought us some delicious icecream and limonade, to the room facilities and beautiful panorama. We specially like the breakfast, as it makes you feel spoiled and relaxed. Also, the heated pool made a great difference, as when we were first there the pool was not heated. Situated 4 km from Nidri Town in Nikiana, Porto Galini spreads over 40,000 m² of landscaped grounds along a secluded beach. It offers 2 swimming pools and a spa with 2 indoor pools. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Excelent experience. Great staff and amazing food. The beach was amazing. We did a lot of snorkeling, a lot off small fish in the water. Is has one of the best beaches in Lefkada.
