This was the nicest accomodation I’ve stayed at in terms of the condition of the hotel and extremely nice owners. When we checked in, we found out that the nearby restaruant was closed and because it was all dark already, my partner was worried about driving. So we wanted to just eat whatever snacks we had. We had some canned tuna and some dried oatmeal. So the owners were kind to offer us each a bowl with hot water so we can cook our instant oatmeal so we have some food for the night. Then upon checking into our room, the room is spacious , quiet, nicely decorated , and has a pretty ambience to it. The shower was also very unique since it shoots water out in multiple directions - from the top, neck area, stomach area, and a handheld faucet. We had a very nice restful sleep there. And for breakfast, we didnt get their buffet breakfast and ordered an expresso Freddo instead. They offered a complimentary homemade pie which was very delicious and nice of them. We were greeted by a lovely lady. Our room was adorably decorated. It was an easy walk to places to eat and amazing views of Vikos Gorge. People come from all over the world to hike the amazing trails in the area. There is something for everyone, from easy strolls to trails that require hiking boots. This area is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues since roads and trails are bumpy and steep.

The view is unbeatable and jaw dropping overlooking the mountain! The host is amazing, very friendly, generous and the epitome of the word filoxenia! They also own a restaurant adjacent to the hotel that has amazing food- do not miss the lamp chops!

Each apartment has its own individual style and décor that may include multicoloured Zagorian ceilings, heavy Persian carpets and traditional hand-made wood and iron furniture. The apartments are equipped with a fireplace, heating, a hydromassage shower or spa bath and an LCD satellite TV. We loved the location, decor, and ambiance of this jewel in the mountains. It’s an excellent spot to see several bridges within walking distance and to use as a base for driving to see other towns and bridges. The owners are lovely people who also have a restaurant across the street that offers dishes from the area. It will remain one of our fondest memories of Greece.
